Motor Vehicle Injuries (ICBC)

ICBC patients no longer have to pay a user fee for all Physiotherapy treatments including Vestibular and Concussion. ICBC will cover Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Treatments and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture visits with no user fees payable. 

Within the first 12 weeks from your accident date, ICBC will cover:

  • 25 Physiotherapy sessions
  • 12 Kinesiology sessions
  • 1 initial Massage Therapy session (45 minutes), 12 subsequent Massage Therapy sessions (30 minutes)
  • 12 Traditional Chinese Acupuncture sessions
  • 25 Chiropractic Treatments

Beyond the 12 weeks, we will work with you and ICBC to get the additional treatments approved if required. Our reception team will do its best to answer any questions you may have, but they may direct you to your ICBC adjuster for further information.
